The Sunfast 3300: Performance, Versatility, Victory

The Sunfast 3300 is a modern racing masterpiece, born from a collaborative vision between performance yacht designer Daniel Andrieu and naval architect Guillaume Verdier. This is more than a raceboat; it’s an all-around racing machine engineered for competitive excellence and true versatility.

The Winning Design

Designed with both IRC optimisation and ease of handling in mind, the SF3300 delivers balanced and reactive performance on the racecourse.

  • Optimised Control: Twin rudders ensure the yacht remains perfectly controlled, even when pushed to dramatic angles of heel during intense racing or heavy offshore conditions.

  • Power and Efficiency: The sail plan is large, powerful, and highly efficient, designed to be easily handled by a focused double-handed crew or a full team.

  • Reactive Hull: Built using vinylester infusion and a balsa core, the hull is light, quick, and features a moderate wedge shape for powerful lift. The structure and shape of the keel are engineered to reduce drag and optimise the centre of gravity, resulting in a yacht that is inherently competitive
