About this weekend

1 days further training on Friday prior to the Channel Race starting on Saturday morning. We run these weekends with two teams, sharing the cost of the reduced crew size. This allows the coaches to run short and double handed training manoeuvres. Includes - Well spec'd Sunfast - Professional Race Coach - Short and Double handed training including, foredeck, pit and helming - Double handed manouvres - Race tactics - Watch systems Pre-requisites: - Previous training on Sunfast fully crewed is advised for best results. - Previous short and double handed training weekend - Good understanding of general boat and sail handling, foredeck and helming is advised to allow best results from your weekend
