“The Sunfast 3600 was a great boat to sail on. We were fully crewed with 8 of us and the boat was large enough to take it, while light enough to get some decent sailing and speed. The boat was responsive and handled great, letting me develop my helming skills during the passage. The selection of sails meant we could rig, hoist and drop the sails as required and also gave me great experience working with a symmetric spinnaker which I hadn’t done before the race! All safety gear was also provided. As crew we all got there early to set the boat up before dockoff, helping us all really understand how the 3600 was set up and what we had to work with for the next 3 days.”

“One way seemed well kitted out, I can't think of anything that was lacking. The sheeting of the traveller wasn't quite right although it could still be used fine. That made it a little fiddly to use at night. Very minor: I also noticed one of the three screw on the large sheet bag on the port side of the cockpit had come undone.”
